1. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
As our products are shipped directly from international suppliers, including AliExpress:
Standard shipping: 10–25 business days
In some cases: up to 30 business days due to delays at customs or carriers
Note: Weekends and holidays are not counted as business days.
2. Can I track my order?
Yes!
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
It may take 2–5 business days for the tracking to become active.
3. How can I cancel my order?
If you are in the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the product (right of cancellation under UK Consumer Law).

4. Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes, if:
The product is defective, damaged, or different from what was advertised
The product is unused and in its original packaging
To exchange or return:

Send photos or evidence of the problem
Wait for instructions on returns or exchanges
5. Who pays for return shipping?
For defective or incorrect products, we cover or refund return shipping.
For normal cancellations or exchanges, return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless otherwise indicated.
6. When will I receive my refund?
After we receive and inspect the returned product
Refund to the same payment method within 5–10 business days
Note: Original shipping costs are generally non-refundable, unless required by law.
7. Why is my order taking so long to arrive?
Your products come from international suppliers, often from China
Delays may occur due to:
Customs
International carriers
Holidays or seasonal events
Estimated maximum delivery time: 30 business days
8. Can my products arrive in separate packages?
Yes. Since we work with international dropshipping, each item may be shipped from different suppliers, which may result in multiple packages and different tracking numbers.
9. Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?
For security reasons, we cannot guarantee address changes after the order has been sent to suppliers.
Please check the address carefully before finalizing your purchase.
10. What happens if my order gets lost in transit?

We will investigate with the supplier and the carrier.
Depending on the case, we will offer a replacement or refund in accordance with UK consumer law.
11. Are there additional customs fees or taxes?
Yes. For orders from outside the UK:
Import duties, VAT, or customs fees may apply.
The customer is responsible for these costs, unless otherwise stated.
