1 – How do I place an order?
A: To purchase our products, simply visit our website and choose the items you want. Access: www.lojasaiga.com.br
2 – Do you have a physical store?
A: We do not have physical stores. Our products can only be purchased through our website: www.lojasaiga.com.br
3 – How long does delivery take?
A: Our average delivery time is 5 to 20 working days after dispatch.
4 – Do you deliver to my region?
A: Yes, we deliver throughout Brazil via Correios with free shipping.
5 – What payment methods are available?
A: We accept payments via bank slip (boleto), Pix and credit card. Bank slips can be paid at any bank branch, online banking, or at lottery retailers.
6 – Can I pay in instalments using a bank slip?
A: Instalments are only available when paying by credit card.
7 – Can I generate a second copy of my bank slip?
A: Yes! Keep an eye on your phone – if payment has not yet been made, we will send you a link to generate a new updated slip. You can also contact us to request a new one.
8 – Where do the products come from?
A: Most of our suppliers are based in Brazil, China, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom.
9 – Can I cancel in person?
A: No. All orders are delivered to our customers exclusively through Correios logistics.
10 – Can I change my order, add more items, or update the delivery address?
A: It is not possible to change order details after invoicing, so no changes can be made once the order is confirmed.
11 – Is there a warranty?
A: We offer a 7-day warranty for all our products. Please refer to our Exchange, Returns & Warranty Policy for further details.
12 – I purchased more than one product in the same order but only received part of it. Is this normal? Will the other products be delivered?
A: Yes, this may happen, but don’t worry. This situation occurs when the selected products come from different suppliers. If so, you will receive two different tracking codes to follow each shipment.
13 – What if my delivery is delayed?
A: Don’t worry. We monitor your order to ensure it arrives at your delivery address. Our average delivery time remains 5 to 20 working days.
14 – I still need help. What should I do?
A: If your question has not been answered, please email us at www.lojasaiga.com.br. We will get back to you as soon as possible. If you already have an order, please include the order number and the purchaser’s CPF (tax ID) to speed up your service.
